Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Diane, under penalty of infringement sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

"Diane" is a registered trademark. Any unauthorised use of this trademark constitutes infringement.

5. Liability

Diane uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the Site, without however being able to guarantee its accuracy, completeness or ongoing currency. The terms of use of the Diane platform are set out in our terms of use.

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is set out in our privacy policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
